I had an excellent experience at Lowe's today. I was pleased with the salesman. He answered all my questions and delivered on what I wanted. I will continue to shop at Lowe's.
When I visit your store on the 18th Of November I came to buy Some pre mix fuel in a can when I got to the aisle Where the merchandise is supposed to be .There was only one can with a Dent in it and I wanted 2 Cannes. It took so long to get help . That I had to get it off the top By myself. By the time help arrived I've already gotten it off the top shelf and open the Box and got the 2 cans that I need and when help arrived they did not have a ladder to climb up to get the merchandise that I needed thankfully I was tall enough to reach the shelf and get down what I needed. If you can't help your customers In a timely manner before the peak season start what's gonna happen when peak season Begin I will never come back to that store
Last night I visited two Lowe's in New Jersey. The first wasn't the best experience (understaffed) at Maple Shade. However, the second Lowe's in Lawnside around 6:30pm was fantastic. Two people were immediately available to help me. The gentleman at the Hardware section went beyond in helping pick out what I needed and custom cutting my Plexiglas sheets that were 36 x 72 in a very quick fashion. A big shout out to the guy in Hardware 6:30pm on 12/17/17. Thank you!

no time soon or later.
This Lowe's has everything I'm looking for and more. Love going here. The Employees are always willing to help too.
